Hunger in our community is real. Every week, Chesapeake Cares Food Pantry distributes an average of 15,000 pounds of food & household goods to an average of 900 individuals.
When a person comes into the Chesapeake Cares Food Pantry, they receive more than a bag of groceries. Along with the needed food comes encouragement, partnership, and resource opportunities. In a word: relationship. It’s through relationships that people experience a life-changing encounter and move from dependence to their highest level of self-sufficiency.
We offer both drive-thru and delivery services. Please call for details.

If you have a need, we’re here to help. Simply stop in during one of our openings to receive support on a weekly basis. No other qualification necessary!
