Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program

Female Volunteers

The Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program in Southern Maryland is coordinated through the Charles County Health Department.  The program provides breast and cervical cancer screening at no cost to women across the region who meet program eligibility guidelines.  Yearly breast exams, mammograms and regular Pap and HPV tests can help detect breast and cervical problems early.  When problems are found at an earlier stage, they can be treated more easily.  Women in Calvert County can register by phone and see local providers for services.  If you are due for your yearly screening, please call to see if you qualify.
