Pupil Personnel Workers - PPW - Serve as liaisons between home, school and community by helping students alleviate personal and social adjustment problems which may hinder educational progress and school attendance.  

School Social Worker and School Psychologists are professionals who provide services to all children from birth to the end of their secondary school education.  The goal of the school social worker and school psychologist is to promote the well-being of the whole child - physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and educational.

School Social Workers provide services related to a person's social, emotional, and life adjustments to school and/or society.  School Social Workers are the  link between home, school, and community in providing direct as well as indirect services to students, families, and school personnel to promote and support student's academic and social success.
