The purpose of Second Wind, Inc.'s Halfway House is to provide a structured, homelike environment for the recovering alcoholic/ chemically dependent adult male. Second Wind provides an environment conducive to the process of recovery from chemical dependency. Level 3.1: All male recovery house and Level 1 Outpatient treatment program. We have been an OASIS for the men in recovery on the Eastern Shore of Maryland since 1971.
